BHIVE Expands Whitefield Presence with Second Campus at Concorde Econex, Launching 3,000-Seat Enterprise Workspace Hub
BHIVE Workspace has launched its second Whitefield campus at Concorde Econex, a 3,000-seat Grade A facility spanning 1.4 lakh sq ft. The campus integrates workspaces, wellness zones, rooftop recreation, and premium lounges, strengthening BHIVE’s position in India’s managed office and coworking sector with a focus on experience-driven workplace design.
The new campus is designed to serve startups, large enterprises, Global Capability Centres, and scaling teams seeking integrated workspace solutions. With this addition, BHIVE continues its strategy of building large-format campuses that combine work environments with lifestyle and community infrastructure.
Speaking on the launch, Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BHIVE Workspace, stated that Concorde Econex represents one of the company’s most advanced campuses to date. He highlighted its strategic location, proximity to key transit access points, and high-quality construction, including balcony gardens on every floor. He confirmed that the company is positioning the facility as a BHIVE Platinum campus, supported by an investment exceeding 30 crore rupees. He emphasized that the development is designed to ensure high standards in accessibility, infrastructure quality, and amenities, allowing professionals to access both premium location advantages and high-performance work environments within a single integrated space.
The collaboration between BHIVE Workspace and Concorde reflects a shared vision of developing future-ready commercial real estate assets focused on experience-led design. Grishma R, Director at Concorde, noted that the partnership aligns with the developer’s objective of building next-generation commercial developments. She added that BHIVE’s community-oriented workspace model complements the design philosophy of the campus. The partnership, valued at approximately 16 crore rupees annually, also reflects rising demand for flexible, high-quality office infrastructure in Whitefield.
The Concorde Econex campus introduces a diverse range of workspace configurations, including day pass access, private cabins, deluxe cabins, and fully managed enterprise solutions, enabling organizations to scale without relocating. The facility incorporates multiple lounge formats, including arrival lounges, business lounges, and premium lounges designed for both informal interaction and formal meetings.
The architectural design emphasizes wellness and openness, incorporating green decks across multiple floors that function as outdoor breakout spaces to enhance natural light exposure and employee well-being. Interior infrastructure includes soundproof phone booths, standing work pods, and collaborative breakout zones, supported by multiple pantry areas distributed throughout the building for operational convenience.
At the rooftop level, the campus integrates leisure and recreational infrastructure, including a pickleball court equipped with shower facilities and a terrace café offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The café is open to the public, positioning the campus as a social destination within the neighborhood. A ground-floor BHIVE café is also planned to enhance accessibility and visitor engagement at the entry point of the campus.
Sustainability is embedded throughout the development through the use of durable, high-quality materials intended to ensure long-term structural performance and contemporary design relevance. The project reinforces BHIVE’s transition from conventional coworking spaces to fully integrated ecosystems that combine productivity, lifestyle, and community engagement.
